Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Seller

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on elarys.shop, operated by:

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are in euros (EUR). Elarys benefits from the basic VAT exemption (art. 293 B CGI): no VAT is applicable. The invoiced price is that in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Article 3 — Order and payment

The order is confirmed after full payment. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided. Payment is made via Shopify Payments (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) — secure SSL transactions.

Article 4 — Delivery

Orders are shipped to France and internationally. Indicated delivery times are approximate. Elarys cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or customs services.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. To ensure customer satisfaction, Elarys accepts returns up to 15 days after receipt.

To initiate a return, contact: khedimhicham66@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective products or shipping errors.

Article 6 — Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years — art. L.217-4 et seq. Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 Civil Code).

Article 7 — Liability

Elarys' liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

Article 8 — Personal data

The data collected during the order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 9 — Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the consumer may free of charge refer the matter to a mediator (Consumer Mediation). Failing this, the competent courts of Paris will be seized.
