Returns and Refunds

At Elarys, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, here's how to proceed.

Return Period

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item to us.

Return Conditions

• The item must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
• Damaged, used, or incomplete items cannot be accepted.

Return Procedure

1. Contact us by email at khedimhicham66@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will confirm the return address and instructions within 48 hours.
3. Ship the item at your own expense (unless it is our mistake or a defective product).
4. Upon receipt and verification of the item, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases: defective product, item not conforming to the order, shipping error on our part.

Refund

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 5 to 10 business days after receipt of the returned item.

Legal Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you also benefit from a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of your order, without having to provide a reason.
